Jennifer is a results-driven, knowledgeable corporate and sports attorney with extensive, diversified experience.
Jennifer advises on a full range of transactional matters - focusing on business transactions, sports law, corporate structure, corporate governance, venture capital financing, non-profit formation, and entertainment law. Jennifer currently serves as outside counsel for companies such as Iman Cosmetics Inc., focusing on their North American Region and has structured distribution agreements on behalf of her clients with companies such as QVC, StarShop, and Whole Foods. Jennifer has also reviewed Private Placement Memorandums and licensing deals on behalf of emerging technology companies including Wordeee, Xeniapp and Visionary Access. Jennifer was featured in the Huffington Post with respect to her work on emerging tech companies.
Jennifer also oversees the Sports, Non-Profit and Corporate Governance division in an effort to serve the needs of the athletes that she counsels. Jennifer has negotiated sponsorship Agreements on behalf of her clients with companies such as Morgan Stanley, TD Bank, Wilmington Trust, Bergdorf Goodman and Toyota.
Jennifer has also worked with the Entertainment Group of the law firm and has counseled clients on film projects involving both feature and documentary films, such as NBATV's documentary featuring Julius Erving, The Doctor. Jennifer has also negotiated distribution contracts with record labels such as VPal Music and Atlantic Records and drafted complex publishing agreements, management contracts on behalf of musicians, models and entertainers. Jennifer also works closely with BMI and ASCAP to ensure that her clients' musical compositions are catalogued correctly in order to receive accurate performance royalties.
Jennifer enjoys giving back to her community. Jennifer has volunteered with the Each One Teach One Program and the Read to Me Program. Jennifer is an active member of the New York Junior League and serves as an active member of their Non-Profit Education Training Committee. Jennifer is also committed to causes such as Breast Cancer Awareness, Multiple Sclerosis and Literacy.
